Usually defined as  ”… enjoyment of comforts and pleasures in addition to those necessary for a reasonable standard of well-being”. In home design, the first comfort and pleasure is on paper. Making sure that the design is right should be your first luxury as no amount of money spent during construction can right a wrong layout.

A home is a sizable investment for most people. Not being able to afford the luxury of a good design, good quality materials and correct building practices often leads, not to savings in money but to decreased enjoyment and overall lower value of your investment.
