About my style

Architectural style definitions are rather vague. All I can say is that I favor the Spanish Mediterranean style with a personal touch of Mission elements. I often include Moorish elements in my work and I am partial to brick domes.

But above my personal style, there is my commitment to make sure the layout of each new home “flows” according to the life style of its future owner. Here I tend to give precedence to functionality over arbitrary style rules.

The exception is roof line and sidewalk appearance. I believe these are the source of the very important first impression of a home. I usually spend a great deal of design time making sure they are right. This often translates in more attractive designs and improved marketability and higher resale value.
